Here is the list of the special conditions and abilities available in the HP universe. As of now, genetic conditions and abilities are limited to two slots only. We may elect to open up some of the less rare abilities/conditions down the road, but for now it's just two slots per modifier. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns regarding the conditions and abilities.
Congenital Conditions
Giants: Massive creatures with a historically bad temper, few cross breeding with humans have been reported. That being said, it's not impossible, and those born of human/giant parents end up exceedingly tall and traditionally far more sturdy than the average human. They also tend to be more resistant to spells.

Vampires: This is both a congenital and acquired condition, most are born as Vampires. Humans can also be turned into vampires through a lengthy and complex process, whoever this is very rare and many regard this to be more of a legend as there is little more than anecdotes to serve as proof. Full vampires do present with aversion to sunlight and silver and require bloodmeals to survive, partial vampires (that is the offspring between humans and vampires) do not require blood and while they may have a marked sensitivity to light and silver it is not as severe as their full blooded counterparts.
1) Katya (1/2 vampire)
2) (open)
Veela: Bewitching in both appearance and mannerisms, Veela are known for their unparalleled beauty and their entrancing voices. Crossbreeds are not common, but those who come from the combination of humans and Veela are well renowned for their beauty and grace. While they can't hypnotize men the same way, many find it hard to say no to such beauty.
1) Fane (1/2 Veela)
2) Matthieu (1/4 Veela)
Werewolf: This is not a congenital condition, but rather one acquired through sustaining a bite from a werewolf during the full moon. These poor souls are cursed to transform every full moon. With the advent of the wolfsbane potion, those who can afford the expensive and technique sensitive potion are able to curb their bloodlust, but there is no stopping the painful and taxing transformation. Werewolves are still regarded with fear and suspicion often facing harsh prejudice as a result.
1) Astrit
2) Ludwig
Abilities:
Animagus: Simply put it's the ability to shift into the form of an animal. This is a difficult and tedious process and precious few wizards have achieved this feat. Those who do must register with the Ministry of Magic, failing to do so risks a prison sentence in Azkaban.
1) Hamish

Legilimens: The ability of the witch or wizard to read the mind of another person. While some are born with the talent, others can acquire it through diligent training.
1) Feliks
2) open
Metamorphagus: Metamorphagi are born with the ability to change their physical appearances, from facial features to hair color, at will.
1) Geira

Occulomens: Often considered the corollary to Legilimency, occulomency is the ability to obscure your thoughts from intruders. The most skilled Occulomens can even lay down misdirection in their thoughts. It is a must have for those who value their privacy but is a difficult skill to learn.

Seer: The Gift of foresight, true Seers are extremely rare. Seers cannot control when they make their prophecies and often do not remember what they've foretold, needing to be told by those who witnessed the prophecies. Some do see glimpses through dreams and may remember parts of it but never more than that. Prophecies are recorded and stored in the Department of Mysteries.
