[Figured Amelia has a thread with her other two siblings..might as well make her and Matthieu one as well!]
While Amelia enjoyed spending time with all of her siblings, there was no doubt that there was one sibling who she could stand to be a bit closer to. It was nothing against him, it was just that her paths with him did not cross as much. Maddie was her best friend, her twin, the one she'd grown up with..and obviously the one that she was closest as a result. As for Amelia and Alfred? They had so many similarities that, even after a rough and awkward start, they easily bonded over Quidditch and comic books and aliens and multiple other interests that they both shared and enjoyed. With Mattie..there wasn't as much that outright drew them closer, but Amelia wanted to change that. She wanted to get to know Mattie better. Especially if they were all doing something over the summer together!
"Meet me on the second floor corridor. I'd like to hang out with you for a bit. We can discuss what we're gonna do when we get there!" It might have been a better idea to plan out what they wanted to do ahead of time, but Amelia wasn't the type to plan things out unless she absolutely had to. Besides, this was her brother. They could figure out something that they wanted to do. Mattie enjoyed Quidditch, so they always had that to fall back on. Hufflepuff was really the only house that she did not feel just a slight bit guilty facing on the Quidditch pitch..though this guilt was usually forgotten once the game started and she got in game mode. She loved her brothers, but winning for her house was important - and she was sure that her brothers felt the same.
She looked around once she arrived at the second floor corridor, but she did not spot her eldest brother there as of yet. She leaned against a wall, a frown on her face. "Mattie are you around? It's Amelia, your dearest darling little sister. ..oh wait, that's Maddie." A small grin appeared on her face. Alright, she had to give credit where it was due - Maddie was generally the sweeter one out of the two of them.
She wasn't sure if Mattie was actually around and just lurking nearby, or whether her greeting fell on dead air. Either way, Amelia began to pace around in the corridor..not out of a sense of impatience, but rather a sense of excitement! That and it was extraordinarily difficult for her to say still at the best of times, and it became next to impossible when she had nothing else to do but stand and wait. Keeping in motion helped with this considerably
